About this crash course

A focused programme for candidates sitting SQE2 in April 2027. Each session teaches one skill against the published assessment criteria, then applies it live. Sessions are recorded and recordings, slides and the model answers stay available for 45 days after the final session.

Sessions

All times are UK time (Europe/London). Prices include VAT.

  1. Client interview: structure, questioning and the attendance note

    17:00–19:00 UK time (2 hours)

    Places available

    A repeatable structure for the first five minutes, open and closed questioning, and capturing a clean attendance note under time pressure.

  2. Advocacy: short submissions and answering the judge

    18:00–20:00 UK time (2 hours)

    Opening, structuring a short interim application and handling interventions confidently.

  3. Legal drafting workshop: clauses that survive scrutiny

    10:00–13:00 UK time (3 hours)

    A hands-on drafting session with a marked model answer and common loss-of-marks patterns.

  • Live sessions run online via Zoom. Cameras on is encouraged for the advocacy session but not required. A course pass does not include an SQE2 Skills subscription.
