How long your access lasts

Subscriptions

Access lasts for the period you have paid for and renews until you cancel. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the paid period.

Course passes and tickets

Recordings, slides and course resources are available for a set number of days after the final session. The number of days is shown on the course page before you buy, and your own end date is shown on My courses.

One-off packs

Mock packs, marking credits and similar items are valid until used or until the end date shown with the purchase, whichever is earlier.

When access ends

• Your progress, notes and history stay in your account. They are not deleted when a plan ends.
• Locked content shows what you would need to unlock it again.
• Gift codes have their own validity period shown when you redeem them.
