Cancelling or changing your subscription
Cancel at the end of the period, or switch plan, from the subscription page.

Cancel
Open Subscription in your account and choose Cancel at end of period. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again.
Change plan
On the same page choose Change plan. The new price and any proration are shown before you confirm.
Renewal reminders
We email you before a renewal. Payment problems (for example a declined card) are shown on the subscription page with the steps to fix them.
