Good habits
- Use a password that is long and unique to this site. A password manager makes that easy.
- Never share your login. Your answers, notes and AI conversations are private to you, and sharing access removes that protection.
- Log out on shared or public computers.
Signing out of other devices
Under Settings → Security you can see where you are logged in and end other sessions. Changing your password ends every other session automatically.
If you think someone else has used your account
- Change your password straight away from Settings → Security.
- Check My purchases and Subscription for anything you do not recognise.
- Contact support with the details. We can review account activity and help you recover access.
We will never ask for your password by email or message.
